1. 本券持有人可在本券有效期內於任何位於香港百佳店鋪換取同等價值貨品，逾期無效。
2. 此禮券不適用於百佳購物易（包括電話、傳真或網上訂購）。
3. 此禮券不能用以套換現金或其他面值之百佳禮券。持有人不獲現金或其他形式找贖。
4. 本券如有遺失、塗污、塗改或損毀，則予作廢，不獲補發。
5. 如有任何爭議，百佳保留最終決定權。

Terms & conditions
1. This coupon entitles the bearer to exchange the equivalent amount for goods at any PARKnSHOP store in Hong Kong on or before the expiry date. This coupon shall be invalid after the expiry date
2. This coupon will not be accepted for PARKnSHOP Direct (includes orders by phone, fax or through Internet).
3. This coupon is not exchangeable for cash or PARKnSHOP coupons in other denominations. No change will be given either in cash or in other form.
4. This coupon is invalid and not replaceable if lost or found defaced or damaged.
5. PARKnSHOP reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from this coupon.
